TERMS AND CONDITIONS / IMPORTANT
• The applied rates are valid from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024
• Reservations for tourist services are subject to availability
• If a reservation is made, it must be confirmed by Viñedos Organicos Veramonte via email or phone
• Any modification to the reservation (number of passengers, change of time, or date change) must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance and is subject to availability and confirmation
• Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges. A reservation is considered canceled only after receiving written confirmation of cancellation from the Neyen team
• Reservation times must be respected to ensure good service. Tourists should arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour departure
• Minors under 18 years old will be exempt from payment on the tour (entry to our facilities is allowed, but the tasting is not included)
• In case Viñedos Orgánico Veramonte closes on a specific date, it will be informed in advance
• Viñedos Orgánico Veramonte Tourism hours of operation: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm from Monday to Sunday
