The tour includes:

  • Viewpoint: A warm welcome with a panoramic view of the vineyard and the surrounding Andes Mountains.
  • Vineyard: A guided walk to observe the vines and their development according to the season.
  • Winery: A visit to the winemaking room, tanks, and barrel room.
  • Tasting: A guided tasting of four premium wines, accompanied by a selection of cheeses and nuts:

Terms and Conditions

  • Punctuality: Guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. In the event of a delay, visitors may join the tour already in progress, accepting that they may miss part of the experience. The maximum waiting period is 20 minutes; beyond this time, the visit must be rescheduled for another time slot (subject to availability).
  • Child Policy:
    • Children under 13: Free admission. We kindly ask parents to help maintain a peaceful environment during the tour. If a child becomes restless, we appreciate your cooperation in assisting them so as not to disrupt the experience for the rest of the group.
    • Ages 13 to 17: Child/Teenager rate applies.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash at all times and owners bring all necessary supplies for their care.
  • Security: Vehicle access is controlled. However, the winery is not responsible for the loss of any valuable items left inside vehicles.
  • Smoke-Free Space: Out of respect for the environment and the tasting process, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire activity.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations: A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Date Changes: You may reschedule your visit up to 6 hours before the tour start time (subject to availability).
  • No-show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the total booking amount.
