• Our facilities do not have universal access to the subway cellars, as it is a 19th century building, it is not possible to intervene in the structure.
• The children's rate is considered from 5 to 17 years old (includes snack).
• All our tours include access to the Macul Garden.
• We promote responsible consumption; if you are going to drink, dont drive
• In order to ensure the safety of our visitors, employees, and production processes, we inform you that pets are not allowed on the vineyard premises. As this is a production area, this measure is necessary to comply with current health and operational regulations.
• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the tour starts to check in.
• The time limit for joining any of our tours is a maximum of 20 minutes late.
• By using our facilities, users are deemed to have read and accepted this policy.

• Cousiño Macul is not responsible for lost and/or stolen objects in the parking lots of our facilities. 
• This policy applies to all parking lots associated with Cousiño Macul.
• The company recommends all users to secure their belongings and not to leave valuables in the vehicles.
• In case of loss or theft, those affected are advised to report it to the competent authorities.
• By using our facilities, users are deemed to have read and accepted this policy.

• Tickets will be refunded free of charge only with 48 hours notice. For any refunds after that time, there will be no refund. 
• For schedule changes, these may be made up to 60 minutes in advance. Otherwise, the charge will be the same as for refunds mentioned above.
