The tour begins with the origins of Viña Ventisquero since 1998 in the Maipo Valley and Apalta, then in the vineyard we visit our variety garden with up to 35 different strains that we grow throughout Chile to make our great wines.
Subsequently, we visited our winery following the journey that the grapes take during the harvest: from their arrival and selection, through fermentation in steel tanks, storage of the wine in barrels, foudres, and concrete eggs, ending with the packaging process and labeling.
The tour ends with a guided tasting of four wines: Vértice, Herú, Obliqua, and Pangea.
